About Sally Han

Sally is a dedicated litigation lawyer at Cambria LLP. She earned her Bachelor's of Commerce degree, majoring in economics and finance, from McGill University. From there, she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba. Sally brings a strong academic foundation and diverse range of legal experience to her practice. 

Sally began her legal career in Vancouver, specializing in insurance defence, through which she honed her litigation and court advocacy skills. Appearing before and representing clients in Provincial (Small Claims) Court, the BC Supreme Court, Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, and Civil Resolution Tribunal, Sally brings years of experience in drafting court applications, conducting examinations for discovery, and committed advocacy for her clients from inception of file through to trial. Her prior experience includes working at the Embassy of Canada to the Netherlands, where she contributed to international legal advocacy on cases involving the International Criminal Court and the MH17 trial. Sally has also held positions with the Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba and BBC Chartering in Germany, where she gained valuable insights into international law and arbitration.

Outside of her professional life, Sally enjoys spending time with her dog and getting involved in her community through basketball, both playing and refereeing.
